Melissa's Last Day

Today was Miss Melissa's last day with us. She is going to have a baby soon and needs to get herself and her family prepared. We are really going to miss her--Catherine especially. On weekday mornings when I'm already at work, Catherine looks to the front door waiting for Melissa at 8:00. Melissa can make Catherine laugh in ways neither Jim nor I can. I think by Wednesday Catherine will notice that Melissa hasn't reappeared after the weekend and start getting sad. Here are a few parting pictures of the two of them as they played today.
