Squash it to me

We've had 2 weeks of boring rice and oatmeal cereal around here, so it is time to move on to something with real flavor...like SQUASH! (Jim and I agree that it tastes more like sweet potatoes.)

Catherine wasn't sure what to think with the first bite.

She wasn't convinced after she had a little more time to get used to the taste, either.

And even when were were finished, she was still puzzled by what had just happened.

And by the way, orange squash is much harder than oatmeal to get out of clothes!!
